We seek dedicated individuals, both women and men, who have a passion for mentoring young women and supporting our mission. Our curriculum thrives on the experiences of adults who can offer valuable insights on overcoming the challenges of adolescence. We invite you to join our community and be part of a transformative journey.
The KISS Mentor Commitment
2 Friday Night KISS sessions a month (6:30 PM- 8:30 PM)
Mentor for at least 1 academic year (September - May)
Attend the final culmination ceremony
Conversation with our Daughters Commitment (Male Mentors)
1 Friday Night KISS session a month (every 3rd Friday)

Special Events Volunteer
Join The Sophia Project in creating unforgettable experiences that uplift and empower young women. As a Special Events Volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our mission and vision to life—helping with event setup, coordination, and guest engagement. We’re looking for passionate individuals who believe in the power of community and understand that it truly takes a village to support and inspire the next generation.
